Erstmal muss ich loswerden das ich es toll finde, dass es diesen Podcast gibt. Dennoch hat er für mich große Schwächen.
Ich finde er es sehr schade, dass über Fälle berichtet wird, wo es noch kein Urteil gibt. Irgendwann kommt das Urteil und der Fall wird wieder komplett erzählt. Ich mag es eher wenn man von dem Fall der erzählt wird alles mit einem Mal erfährt, also bis zum Urteil.
Sprachlich finde ich die Reporterin sehr schwach. „Gekriegt“ ist nur ein Wort was mir weh tut im Ohr. Dafür das ... more

Da sind mir ganz am Anfang zwei Ungenauigkeiten aufgefallen, diese hier nur als Hinweis: der „Einzelrichter“ heißt im Strafrecht „Strafrichter“. Einzelrichter gibt es nur im Zivilrecht und Verwaltungsrecht. Und der Strafrichter ist am Amtsgericht tätig, hat also wie das Schöffengericht eine Strafgewalt von bis zu vier Jahren (§ 24 II GVG). Die Gerichtsreporterin lässt den Moderator meist nicht ausreden und fällt ihm ständig ins Wort. Das empfinde ich als sehr unangenehm, deshalb wird dieser Podcast aus meiner Liste entfernt.
