Thrilled to have discovered this podcast, which has brought me many life changing insights to better my frame of mind and put me in a calm, ayurvedic state. Mark is a wonderful speaker and interviewer, and his guests are always interesting. I especially like the episode with Bob Roth. It's clear that transcendental meditation can be a life-changing practice and better society. Looking forward to more insights that will improve my health and well-being.
