I love this podcast. Maria asks all her guests great questions - and her episodes really make me think and consider a new perspective - well worth a listen!
Great insights and relatable stories from every day leaders so you can learn from the journeys of others.
Because when you think something is not possible and then you learn how others have done it or gone around it, magic happens 💫
This is one of my favourite podcasts; it offers variety in terms of guests and content and the flow of conversation is just so natural. It’s hard to strike the right balance with podcasts - you don’t want rambling conversation but you also don’t want to interrogate your guests to find a golden nugget of an idea. Maria gets it right by asking discursive questions and sharing her own experiences; the combination makes for an addictive show.
Really great selection of guests with insightful, fascinating and differing perspectives on the world of work, leadership and life in general! Maria clearly has a passion for what she does and a curiosity about what makes people tick.
This is such a brilliant podcast. I recommend it to people all the time! I love the range of guests and they always have different and challenging perspectives - I learn something new every single time. Can’t wait for the new season 🤓
