  • Started off really well, then Trump happened…

As per the heading it started off as a great podcast, then he went off on an American politics tangent around 2016/2017). It’s lost it’s way and is now just another political podcast obsessed with America. The Sonia days are a breath of fresh air. But the interviews like Kimmage, Moran, Tiernan are so good it’s a shame it’s lost it’s way.

This is brilliant. As a very occasional runner over the last few years (3 or 4 times a year) this has really helped to improve my running plan and speed. Very relaxing listen too. Thanks

Q: So if we're to dig in, because there's quite a few topics that I feel like everybody wants to talk about, right? For starters, if we get into the most recent positive thing, right? Gavin Newsom's performance online has had a couple of false starts. What do you think about it?
Gavin Newsom is a good governor in a crisis and has made the leap from a governor in crisis to leading the fight against a country in crisis.

Things are really serious; it has tipped into authoritarianism already in a number of ways.
