  • What an incredible ride.

I can’t wait until millennials take over and AES returns to the airwaves to resume its barrage of randomness and topics the boomers roll their eyes at. Their fragile ears are safe for now, but hopefully not long.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Are the Chiefs Done Making Moves?
Q: What was your main pre-draft take about what the Chiefs should do?
The hosts argued that the priority should be adding a pass rusher through the draft, ideally a blue-chip prospect, rather than focusing on immediate corrections in the secondary, with some debate over the long-term fit of their picks like Ruben Bain and Mansour Delain.
What if 2026 is Groundhog Day for the Chiefs?
Q: Is there any of those groups, if you think about running back, wide receiver, and D line in particular, where you think this is my top priority, and maybe more importantly, my bottom priority?
There's a lot of uncertainty around the current construction of the running back, wide receiver, and defensive line groups.
Chiefs Have Everything to Play for vs. Texans
Q: What's your one worry for the Chiefs going into the game?
My worry is that they suck and if they go out there and just lay an egg, it's going to be a bad place.
Chiefs Have Everything to Play for vs. Texans
Q: What do you think the Chiefs need to do to turn their season around?
They need to have a better pass rush, a running back that can hit the hole, and wide receivers that can get open against man coverage.
The Life of a Jaguar
Q: How do you feel about the Jacksonville Jaguars performance so far?
They seem good but not as good as their record may suggest. There's potential but they need to prove it against tougher opponents.
