I’ve known Erica for 14 years now. She’s always been on the spiritual search, always been stretching herself spiritually and emotionally, gaining knowledge, and being willing to share it - in ALL WAYS. I’ve long admired that about her. From her nurturing yoga classes to her seeking true human authenticity, she has a real body of valuable knowledge and work to share with the world. And now, during these tenuous and scary times in our country, her strong and wise voice is more needed than ever.

Being an avid follower of Erica Boucher ever since I read her book "Showing Up Naked" and after participating in her retreat, it comes as no surprise that she has again created something with such depth, sensitivity and social relevance. Five stars for everything Erica has created/is creating! I’ve read and listened to hundreds of self help and spirituality books over the past 20 years, all while engaging in every type of therapy including psychoanalysis, CBT, etc. I still felt incredibly lost.
