Parent of past resident and it’s so good to find this! This information and delivery of it is invaluable! Thank you Ulland and Jo!!
As a past resident, I am so grateful for this podcast! It has kept dbt fresh in my mind as well as gives me reminders of things I may have forgotten:))
I am so glad I found this podcast. It’s very rare to find professional/knowledgeable voices who can talk about mental health issues with such profound understanding, specially with nuanced topics. I will 100% recommend this.
I attended a very DBT focused Master’s program and utilize DBT both in my clinical practice and personal life. I haven’t had the opportunity to work in a fully integrated DBT program so it’s great to hear perspectives from two great and entertaining hosts who have had the experience.
My clients know I love listening to podcasts, and I love it when a client recommends a good one. This is not a good one .. it is the BEST!! Thank you Jo and Ulland for the inspiration to look deeper into my understanding and clinical application of DBT.
