you did the s4 e19: spring fever, adhd style and talked about hypomania in spring being a part of SAD that no one ever talks about and they don’t!! I need more information because I relate so hard and can’t find anything about this anywhere, all the SAD resources only talk about winter blues.

  • Love you both!!

I just started listening to this podcast…from the very beginning. You women are wonderful! I, along with my three young adult daughters were recently diagnosed 12/2020. So much in common except I wish that I had your communication capabilities. Thank you for using your talents for good!♥️

  • Thank you

Thank you! Thank you for being real, honest and so relatable. I was diagnosed at 26, but I am just now, at 33, finding “my people.” College would have been so much better had I known sooner! The struggle is real especially after this past year with the pandemic. I am also able to share these podcasts with friends and family to help describe how I process everything. Thank you!

I had almost given up on the very slow talking boring mostly male podcasters. Nothing against the male perspective but as a newly diagnosed nearly 40 year old women this podcast educates me and makes me feel understood and hopeful. Occasionally they have hilarious audio issues and they don’t post as many episodes as I’d live to hear from... more
