this podcast is basically the Australian version of Maintenance Phase - absolutely love it!
Love the content. Really hoping the bright line eating part 1 gets reuploaded as it’s currently not working. There are tons of anti diet programs but this one resonates with me and I like the delivery. more
Great podcast, love the passion. more
Thanks for this great podcast. Diet culture is so toxic and damaging. Great snarky and intellectual podcast. Can’t wait to listen to all your episodes.
I love to listen to other peoples opinions and the topic interests me but I find the lack of objectiveness and the hypocrisy off putting. There is a lot of talk about companies making money from weight loss but in most episodes there is plug for the untrapped program which costs the same as Michelle Bridges 12WBT?
