Excellent podcast. I really enjoyed " How Aikido helps you diffuse team conflict". This is a super interesting and valuable topic. Learning techniques to deal with difficult conversations and conflict is vital. I like the concept of disarming the energy (conflict) coming toward you and shifting (turning the same direction as the person that is in conflict) and taking perspective. Essentially, we are replacing ego with a method to resolve conflict.
Very relevant to what is needed during this time in history. Leaders of teams need the solutions described on this podcast!

The level of detail is very strong. For instance, in the Ali Greene episode, she has a section about how HR policies have to evolve to encompass (or not encompass) the scope of where work is taking place. She is thinking about 10 steps ahead of a typical HR manager, and this is exactly the kind of new thinking that companies need.
