  • A Must for Alaska Travel Planning

Jennie does a wonderful job of not only being incredibly informative, but in providing balanced, complete information to help her listeners make the decisions which best suit their own needs and preferences. She (and Jay) have helped me be better prepared for my 2026 trip, but inspired me to start planning a 2028 one too!

  • Clear information

I have yet to “test” the information provided in this show; my trip is coming up this spring. But I have been very impressed with the wealth of information provided very clearly. Alaska is a huge topic and she breaks it down very well. I recommend people begin listening well before they start making reservations, if possible.

  • Alaskan Approved

I have lived in Alaska for over 20 and I listen to Jennie (and Jay) every week. I love to hear about places I have never been, learn from residents and small businesses, and just hear discussions about Alaska. Jennie and Jay have great guests and great travel advice. You won’t go wrong if you use Jennie’s Alaska trip planning and advice.

  • Great Alaska advice

I went to Alaska for 2 weeks for my honeymoon in August and binged this podcast in the lead up to the trip. Jennie has great advice and recommendations that I was able to use on the trip. Her guests are always interesting, and I like the format of asking them all the same 3 questions at the end. It helped me set my expectations because as she correctly informs us all the time, Alaska is really different! I had a wonderful time and will keep listening as I can't wait to go back.
