当你总是想当拯救者的时候，就在把身边的人当受害者，身边的人会自然变得弱小，好像随时都需要你的帮助你的操心，就像一个嗷嗷待哺的巨婴一样，而你也在不断地经历各种麻烦与折腾。唯有放手，他们才会长大，你也乐得轻松。因为没有真正的受害者，每个人都在自己创造编写的剧本里，经历自己该经历的人生。也没有人可以被他人拯救，除非他自己愿意醒来。
我没有资格去评判任何一个人，因为我们并不知道它们背后的意义。每个人的经历都是自己经历深思熟虑之后选择的，不过遗忘了而已。没有打开智慧，是无法领悟这些经历背后的真相；没有打开真实的眼，是看不到这些经历背后的真实的意义。每个人都是自己生命的勇士，都是伟大的，神圣的，都值得被尊敬。
我们所经历的一切人事物100%是我们自己创造的。那我现在为何如此在意关系，在关系上屡屡栽跟头呢？说到底，是我自己对“有关系就有捷径”“没有关系就会受到不公平对待”的观念太相信了，才显化了这样的人情社会，让我受挫。它们不过是我的大脑制造的产物，和真实的世界一点关系都没有。也是我自己恐惧失败，不接受失败的自己，才向外归咎于“没有关系”。
“无名天地之始，有名万物之母”。你有什么样的想法什么样的感觉，我们的老天就会延续让你有这样想法和感觉的事情发生，所以有的就越有，没有的就越没有。有不好的情绪，不好的情绪是来自于不好的事儿，所以就会吸引更多不好的事儿，让你的情绪越来越不好。在现实生活当中，越抱怨越不满的，他的生活就越来越一塌糊涂，而对自己很满意的，会越来越幸运。因为满意的根是好事，所以越满意越顺利，越满意越幸运，越满意越吸引更多好事儿来到你。
生活处处都是修行，处处都是功课，不是只有一个人在安静的房间里冥想才是修行，不是只有老师布置的要写的念的才叫功课。时时刻刻觉知自己的身语意，这就是修行，这就是功课呀。
