Trump lied over and over again, never answered the questions, and spent the hour and a half attacking Biden with new unproven assaults.
Biden was in an extreme disadvantage because he was taking his time not to stutter, and to actually answer the questions while simultaneously trying to defend himself from Trumps lies and assaults.
It was awful to watch but it does not show mental decline.
