I just listened to Amy’s podcast with Dr Felishatee Rodriguez about trauma. What an important discussion not only for people struggling with trauma but also for the therapists and coaches that work with them. Intelligent, caring, wise. I especially liked Amy’s story of walking out of a therapist’s office because the pictures on the wall of the waiting room did not align with her values. A great demonstration of self care.
Amy and her variety of guests explore topics and approaches to mental health that are new to me. I love the insightful conversations, unique perspectives, and words of encouragement!
The episode on decluttering was eye-opening for me!! I fit into so many of the 7 categories… no wonder I struggle with it so much! 🤦♀️ I loved the tips and do a couple of them already, but didn’t know why until now and they didn’t always end in the result I was going for. This episode will help take it to the next level.. thank you!
Amy is a great host and her passion for helping others improve their mental health shines through in every episode!
