  • Wisdom for Practitioners as well as clients

I just listened to Amy’s podcast with Dr Felishatee Rodriguez about trauma. What an important discussion not only for people struggling with trauma but also for the therapists and coaches that work with them. Intelligent, caring, wise. I especially liked Amy’s story of walking out of a therapist’s office because the pictures on the wall of the waiting room did not align with her values. A great demonstration of self care.

  • So much value!

The episode on decluttering was eye-opening for me!! I fit into so many of the 7 categories… no wonder I struggle with it so much! 🤦‍♀️ I loved the tips and do a couple of them already, but didn’t know why until now and they didn’t always end in the result I was going for. This episode will help take it to the next level.. thank you!
