矢瀧はついにSNSをやめた。インスタグラムとXのアプリをスマホから削除し、日々の中で無意識に奪われていた時間を取り戻したという。無限に流れてくる“アテンション重視のコンテンツ”や“無駄な情報”から距離を置くことで、自分の意志で動く「能動的な時間」が増え、思考も軽やかになったと語る。
