So healing and relatable
Sophie gets right to heart in these discussions. Deep listening + curiosity + wise guests + moments of magic!
Obsessed with the openness and honesty with which Sophie approaches each convo. She doesn't just ask the usual questions, she gets right to the sauce, digging into what really drives her guests, what keeps them going, and what they’ve figured out (or haven’t). No fluff, no over-rehearsed soundbites, just real, thoughtful conversations about purpose, work, and everything in between
This is one of those podcasts where there’s not a favorite or best episode. If I’m feeling uninspired or stressed out specifically by my work or side hustle, I can randomly select any episode and there will be a huge nugget of calming truth in there for me. Brava.
I find that with most podcasts I phase in and out of listening but I always always always come back to this one! Sophie has found such a great balance of longer vs shorter episodes and guests vs solo episodes. She has the best guests and covers topics that are equal parts fun, insightful, and soul searching. Always a bright spot in my day!!!
