  • Resource Management Review

I found Rob’s insights so valuable, I shared them with my Accounting leadership as we are standing up an RMO.

Leaner, faster, smarter, fewer people, fewer layers and more modular teams: these insights are profoundly impactful for resource management.

  • I think the podcast is great and provides a lot of important information. I just wish the one host didn't always sound like he's recording in his bathroom. The echo and poor sound quality makes it hard to listen to some times.

You'd think since they've made 300 episodes they would have figured it out by now.

Q: Question two, what leadership decisions on AI are going to matter most over the next few years?
Focus on building a broad understanding of the technology, preparing for change rather than chasing a one-time project, and fostering a culture that integrates AI across all software and processes while addressing change management and value realization.
Accounting's Billable Hour Problem Now Exposed by AI
Q: Question one to you, OJ, where is AI reshaping strategic direction for perhaps your firm, but firms generally, with your peers?
AI is changing hiring and efficiency in a way that adds IT and software costs per employee, shifting the calculation from pure headcount to total value, and requiring a broader view of how output is produced and valued.
