  • Resource Management Review

I found Rob’s insights so valuable, I shared them with my Accounting leadership as we are standing up an RMO.

Leaner, faster, smarter, fewer people, fewer layers and more modular teams: these insights are profoundly impactful for resource management.

  • I think the podcast is great and provides a lot of important information. I just wish the one host didn't always sound like he's recording in his bathroom. The echo and poor sound quality makes it hard to listen to some times.

You'd think since they've made 300 episodes they would have figured it out by now.

Q: What are firms getting wrong about AI?

Q: Where in your view is AI reshaping strategic direction for accounting firms?
AI is driving automation of compliance and tax work, but the deeper impact is a shift in hiring and roles; firms will hire for critical thinking and judgment, and determine how AI-enabled outputs translate into firm strategy and client delivery.
