It took a few episodes for me to get into but I really enjoyed it. Definitely a comfort podcast, looking forward to what they come up with next.
A territorial college librarian and her teaching colleagues publish an academic journal. Strange doings and mysterious disappearances begin to prompt a most unusual academic investigation into their historic college. Plenty of humor and interesting, well drawn female characters distinguish this podcast, which is both a supernatural tale and a send up of modern college life. Highly recommended, five stars
A bit of a slow starter, but once the mystery built up I was hooked.
The plotlines and reveals are timed well enough to keep intrigue going without feeling forced or tedious. Also refreshing, this story felt original, it let itself get a little strange without using tropes and typical plot conventions to move it along.
So obviously a labor of love. Acting is not so great. The enthusiasm kind of makes up for it? World-building is fun, but tragically unrealized.
Appeals specifically to academics with a wry sense of humor. Makes you want to have a beverage (Tea? Alcohol?) with the folks involved.

I have so enjoyed listening to these talented people & their dedication to the show! I only wish it would have gone on forever.
I blame you for auditorily making me relive my adjunct faculty days. Thank god you’re funny.
That exclamation mark is just for you.
In all seriousness, this is a marvelously witty and fun podcast, with a refreshing take on (possibly) paranormal investigation. Love it.
This is absolutely bizarre and I'm loving it. It's so much fun!
I love this podcast so much and am so excited by the new season!
This fascinating tale set in a university provides a humorous inside look at the life of an academic (a lot of marking) while 3 unlikely friends and colleagues track down the source of mysterious knocking in the walls of their offices in the old (decrepit) buildings. A mix of scooby-doo, the office, casper the ghost, and the shining. Keep an eye on the fish. The whale skeleton turns out to be important, too. Strong female leads, largely female cast. Funny, earthy, ironic.
One of my favorites. Totally visually the antics. Very creative and fun to listen to.
Love it
I think this podcast may have been made for me. As a sessional university instructor in Canada who is obsessed with all things spooky, this podcast checks all the boxes for me. Love it!
