This is such a great resource with fabulous hosts and interesting conversations for music therapists and more.
This is my favourite music therapy podcast, and so it was an absolute honour to join Mary as guests from Wellington Music Therapy Services. Hayley and Kim explore a variety of topics, going above and beyond what we know, and into how we can grow and diversify the field. Highly reccomened for music therapists and those interested in the field, as well as people who want to learn more about mental health topics, and social justice advocacy. Each season just gets better and better!
Through the perspective of both avid listener and grateful interviewee—I highly recommend this podcast. Hayley & Kim have a knack for creating organic discussion that progresses naturally and interestingly through various topics. Their warmth and kindness radiates through the microphone and provide a refreshing perspective to the podcast world.

This show centers on the practical realities, innovations, and advocacy surrounding clinical music therapy. It frequently threads through how therapists build multi-faceted careers—combining direct client work with entrepreneurship, program development, and cross-disciplinary collaborations. Episodes highlight topics like mindfulness in therapy, accessibility of services (including mobile and community-based models), dementia and caregiver support, and the evolving role of music therapy within healthcare systems.
