First, it’s obvious all the hosts love the star trek universe and it’s probably that passion that ends up becoming a problem. It’s seems more lately, as in the last season or so of reviews do they consistently harp on things they don’t like or think should be done better. I understand they see Star Trek as this bastion of inclusivity, but constantly bringing up every time a character could’ve been portrayed better, or complaining the science doesn’t make sense throughout the episode makes it a c... more
I keep trying to like this podcast. But the f-bombs every other sentence is ridiculous. Please learn more adjectives. Three f-bombs in a sentence is excessive. And also why does Girafe watch the show if everything is “dumb”, “stupid” or lacks “agency”. I’m want to hear positive reviews. I won’t subscribe. I turn it off too many times.
