这门课,会根据产品经理的段位分为四个大的单元:
第一单元是启蒙篇,会讲产品经理岗的起源、发展及未来、产品经理日常工作的内容、产品经理需要具备的基本素质、产品经理的常见误区等,通过这个单元的讲解,让你对产品经理有一个基本的完整的理解。
第二单元是入门篇,会围绕业务梳理、用户体验、交互设计、需求撰写与评审、产品迭代与发布及运营等具体产品基础技能展开。同时,还会讲敏捷开发、项目管理等辅助技能。结合基础技能和辅助技能,再来讲如何围绕产品目标,进行有效沟通和初级的资源整合,以完成产品动作达到实际目标。期间,还会穿插讲B端产品、C端产品的差异点及侧重点。通过这个单元的讲解,让你看到一个合格的初级产品经理的全貌。

要做好产品经理,需要具备一些核心素质。我把这些核心素质分为两个大类:第一类是理性素质、第二类是感性素质。接下来,我会用两讲来分别阐述。本讲先从理性素质开始。产品经理要具备的理性素质分别是:数据意识、逻辑思维。
在前面的两讲中,我对产品经理的基础工作内容进行了简单的介绍,相信你对产品经理的工作要点和工作流程有了更深入的理解。在本讲,我会围绕项目管理展开来讲一下什么是项目管理?产品经理应该怎么做项目管理?以及项目经理与产品经理的区别。
在上一讲中,我已经讲到产品需求文档的完成。当产品需求文档评审以后,就可以进入研发阶段。然后,在开发工作完成后,也就是产品正式上线前,产品经理需要开始做验证工作。
所谓的验证,就是确保产品符合需求描述,可以按照产品经理的预期推到线上。所以,产品经理在这个过程中,要把自己当作用户,将产品的主要流程使用一遍,确保流程畅通没有卡点。如果产品是一个多角色共同使用的平台型产品,那还要用不同角色的身份使用一遍,确保所有的角色的流程都可以顺利使用产品。其次,要验证界面,包括视觉效果和交互,确保产品外观和交互方式... more
