在上一讲中，我主要重点介绍了产品经理，相信你已经了解了产品经理这个角色。在接下来的两讲中，我将简单的介绍产品经理的日常基础工作，以帮助你了解他们的实际工作内容和工作要点。这些内容主要会围绕四个阶段展开，分别是：需求的收集、分析与管理、需求解决方案的设计与需求文档的撰写、需求验证与上线前准备和上线后的数据分析与运营。其中需求的收集、分析与管理、需求解决方案的设计与产品需求文档的撰写是本讲即将要讲的，剩下的内容将在下一讲中接着进行。
从这一讲开始，我们正式进入本课程的第一单元。第一单元会讲产品经理岗的起源、发展及未来、产品经理日常工作的内容、产品经理需要具备的基本素质、产品经理的常见误区等等。 more
