During these times, I acknowledge the emotional load and lean on therapy, coaching, and transparent communication with my partner and team to reallocate energy, while maintaining presence with my children and in my work responsibilities.

I measure it by how much energy and focus is allocated rather than hours, and I currently sit around a 65-35 split, adjusting as needed for major thresholds in my work with Thresholds and personal life, while prioritizing well-being and progress over rigid hour counts.
