I’m just beginning to understand my BPD and can’t afford treatment so podcasts like this help alot. I know episodes aren’t released that consistently but that’s exactly why it’s relatable, anyone with mental health struggles gets it. Also i died when she said “please leave a review that would help me a lot, to do what? i don’t know. but i just hope that i’m helping people” 😂 yes girl. You are!! Keep going. Hope to see new episodes soon.
Wow. I want to qualify my review that I have only listened through episode 2. In this episode, she blames her parents for medicating her for ADHD in 4th grade. Umm, our daughter is in 5th as was medicated for ADHD also in 4th grade, but we considered it for 3rd due to explosive tantrums to the point where we were worried about her safety, and the therapist indicated that ADHD kids who need medication and DONT take it are much more likely to abuse drugs later in life. I will leep listening to... more

So glad I’ve found your podcast! I’m finally able to gain an understanding of what my sibling deals with daily and to make sense of their seemingly erratic behaviours and words. Keep these coming!
As someone dealing with BPD, CPTSD, depression, suicide, etc. I feel identity with your podcast. I also like that you record it in a simple way. Forgive me if I’m wrong but there’re couple of things that sometimes makes me not wanting to listen some episodes completely: 1.I think you’re mean. Even when you’re talking nicely that meanness is all around. 2.You need to work a lit be more on understanding others, for ex your parents. You look things too much from your side only. 3. If you don’t mind... more
love to hear about your friend being an "ABA therapist" aka someone who abuses autistic children. disgusting.
As someone who also has borderline PD, your podcast is like a welcome home while also keeping your own voice. Your experiences are your own and I don’t relate to every single thing you share, which is what makes it such a great personal podcast. Thanks for sharing it! I listened to most of your podcast today (12/31/20) and it was like talking to a friend. I’m not sure if you’ll see this review, but I look forward to listening to more of your thoughts. -Ryn (pronounced like rin) He/Him/His. 💜 Ha... more
