This show feels like it was written by high schoolers for a play. The monologues are very average when compared to dinner theatre monologues with the only exception being Nigel David. They could make a show with only Nigel David ramblings and I’d listen to that. It’s the only good thing about the show.

I wanted to like this more, but Daisy talks like Nigel talks like …the other guy. Nick? How do they talk? Very rapid fire, flow-of-conscience, but also slightly stilted monologue. I kept wishing they each had their own style and voice like you would expect in the real world, but sadly they kept the are-they-on-the-verge-of-hyperventilation tempo. I understand what the author was trying to do in this futuristic, dystopian story; however, a little more work was needed to portray that through the podcast, in my opinion. Interesting idea.
