Most of us have told ourselves at some point that we reacted the way we did because we love our kids. In this episode I share a specific moment from a trip to Arizona with my son that forced me to see clearly — for the first time — that what I was ca... more

I am a big fan of mindfulness and so happy to listen to this platform. While it is geared towards fathers, the information is insightful for everyone.
Love knowing there is a podcast out there to open dads specifically up to the world of reflection and getting in touch with those feelings. I found these topics helpful for all parents as we think about our own upbringing and how that impacts our children. Odeani keeps it real and speaks from the heart. Looking forward to hearing more!
Great podcast 👏🏾
A friend sent me this podcast. I listened to the vulnerability episode twice this week. Such a needed topic in fatherhood. You’ve got a fan brother 👍🏼
as a single mom, raising a boy, i am finding real value in this podcast thus far. The episode about vulnerability is helpful to any parent and opened my eyes on the relationship with my own father
Great episode! Vulnerability is definitely a topic that isn’t talked about a lot when it comes to fatherhood.
Dropping jewels time after time to keep Fathers grounded.
