    Ahhh, ich kann mir Folge 62 nicht anhören, weil die S-Laute so extrem laut sind. Bitte verwende einen de-Esser. Ein De-Esser ist ein Kompressor, der bestimmte Frequenzen dämpft, um Zischlaute zu reduzieren. Wenn du schon dabei bist kannst du auch einen Hochpassfilter, also ein Filter der tiefe Frequenzen nicht durchlässt, so ab 150 Hz, einbauen.

    Ansonsten mach weiter so.

  • Ein Fels in der Brandung!!

    Hi Jörn,

    ich höre den Podcast sehr gerne, da hier "Broscience" vernünftig analysiert wird. Nach jeder Folge fühle mich deutlich sicherer, verschiedenste Lifestyleentscheidungen zu treffen.

    Eine Frage zu den Kohlenhydraten:

    Macht es für mich als Hobbypumper, der gerne intensiv trainiert, aber einen längeren Weg ins Gym hat, Sinn, vorher und nachher ein paar Datteln zu essen. Vorher, um die Glykogenspeicher zu füllen und danach, um einem Crash nach Training, Cardio und Sauna, entgegenzuwirken?
