  • Way too,late

While the podcast is good, like some others I finished the season several weeks ago and would really have liked this discussion closer to the airing of the episodes. There are so many complicated issues and human stories, it would have been more helpful then.

  • Ep 3 gives credibility to crackpot UAP theories

I had to stop listening when on Ep 3 they started talking about crackpot conspiracy theories like UAP and the nonsens the UFO community is trying to introduce as something with some credibility. I do have to say that the first two episodes were pretty good. It was fun to learn about the cultural revolution in China from a different perspective and some of the science from a real particle physicist. However I had to stop listening from Ep 3.

It should have been explained by Mike Evans — he should have requested that the alien look up the meaning of the word fiction. Could have been explained better and should have been addressed in the podcast. And if that didn’t work, he should have told them to ... more

  • A perfect podcast problem

This universal podcast is alive and they are in the know, wink, wink! A wonderful, cultural, educational and in depth look at the journey of the story, methodology and inspiration of the episodes and where necessary the books. The hosts are always entertaining, their fandom is very appealing and appropriate to this epic science fiction. The discourse of historical aspects are well presented, subsequently, the guests lend their experiences and/or passions to tapestry of these stories. A extremely... more

  • Pronunciation

I empathize with the difficulty of English speakers pronouncing pin yin. But worth it for the hosts to take the time to learn the right way in this audio format. Otherwise, love the books and Netflix show and excited to hear more
