2姐 小妹我們是一對姊妹花，相差6歲；我們個性不同；教育水平不同、工作性質不同、交友圈不同、人生截然不同；唯一相同是同一個家庭長大。 決定要一起錄podcast時當下感覺 [真討厭~我們年紀好大了!! 會不會被人家笑是第一個想到的問題]。可是雖然現在才覺醒也才想到用網路來記錄我們的日常、經驗、搞笑；但實在是因為我們心很年輕；行為很搞笑；日子過得很充實，所以希望為我們的人生留下一個紀錄，同時我們也很想說說我們走過的各種點滴讓小我們20-30歲(天啊!!到底我們多老??)參考看看也許可以是一種人生經驗與建議?! 或者跟我們同齡的(離死亡又還好遠 ☹)朋友一起分享你我過的青春有多相似(或多不同?!)。 Powered by Firstory Hosting

運動讓我更自律，運動讓我更快樂。原來小妹一家都是運動高手？二姊以前還是乒乓球校隊？！小妹百米14秒，現在居然改成認真嚕鐵中？？！運動不只是雕塑身材，更多時候是在重建自己的自信與尊嚴。 那些撐過的重量、跑過的距離、流過的汗，最後都會變成面對人生的底氣。有時候生活很亂、壓力很大，但只要還願意運動，就像是在提醒自己：我沒有放棄自己。而真正厲害的，不是突然變成多強的人，而是每天都比昨天的自己，再好一點點。

那一年很猛的我們！
四姊妹騎著小折勇闖花東，出發前每個人腦中想的不是路線有多遠，而是自己要怎麼拍得漂亮？！沒有完善計畫、也沒認真計算公里數，就這樣直接騎著小折展開花東旅行。
結果最後小妹累到哭著上卡車，二姊還莫名其妙跟著一起哭？！
這一集，我們用腳踏車帶大家一起回憶花蓮與台東。其實根本不需要對花東多做介紹，因為花東本身，就是台灣最珍貴的寶貝資產。
至於宜蘭，更是不用多說了！地靈人傑、好山好水，每次去都還是會被美到。
總結一句：台灣真的是寶島，大家快去玩啦！

來去中南部玩囉～
不知道為什麼，二姊小妹一湊在一起，腦中浮現的全都是吃的！燒肉、烤鴨、冰淇淋、控肉飯，每個都讓人失控🤤
但中南部真正厲害的，還不只是美食！
有壯闊到讓人震撼的高山，像是合歡山；
也有美到像明信片的大景，像是日月潭、阿里山。
再一路往南走，還有讓人一吃就回不去的台南美食、藏在巷弄間的老屋與小店，每個轉角都超有味道。
當然也不能錯過美到像在歐洲的奇美博物館！
回憶帶著二姊小妹一路玩下來，真的越玩越覺得——
雲嘉南加上中部這樣一路串起來，根本玩一個月都不夠啦！😂
