Major sleep issues. I just found this podcast and am feeling so lucky. Right now, I’m listening to the whale sounds but there are so many that will help depending upon what’s going on with my brain. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
The deep brown noise is absolutely heavenly. Puts me and my baby to sleep every night 😁😴
I've noticed lately that most of the episodes do not work. this was my go to.... now I'm not sure.
Every single one of them helped me sleep. Like I’m not even joking. Only one concern, though. I have no idea why, but the café one is low-key terrifying…HEAR ME OUT. I mean, it’s a bunch of strangers who you have never met all talking over a bunch of more strangers you have never met, and it kind of feels like said strangers are actually there WITH you, which is kind of terrifying, if you really think about it.
Love this page but they’ve recently put episodes behind a pay wall, which to me is very disappointing when they already are monetizing with ads in the beginning of each episode.
