Do you know nukazuke?
ぬか漬けという食べ物を知っていますか？
白いお米を作るときに出る、「米ぬか」に、塩などを混ぜ、
そこに野菜を入れて作った漬物です。
ずっと家で作ってみたかったのですが、
無印で、野菜を入れるだけのぬか床があったので、買ってみました。
初めてのぬか漬けはしょっぱすぎたので、練習が必要そうです。

I Want to visit a market someday
いつもスーパーで買うのですが、
こないだ、久しぶりにお肉屋さんでお肉を買ってみました。
スーパーは便利ですが、スーパーができる前は、
お肉屋さんでお肉を買って、魚屋さんで魚、
八百屋さんで野菜を買っていたんだなと思うと、
それもちょっと楽しそうだなと思います。
