This show is great for improving listening skills for Japanese learners as the pacing is slow enough for average Japanese learners to be able to keep up and allows learners a good bit of time to translate the sentences in real-time.

Slow Japanese has been really helpful for me as someone who is a beginner that has been accumulating vocab and grammar, but still doesn’t have an ear for understanding spoken Japanese.
