Ich habe 3 Folgen gehört und hatte den Eindruck, dass die Moderatoren leider selbst keine Ahnung von Immobilien haben. Vielleicht wäre es besser, einen solchen Podcast von Personen hosten zu lassen, die selbst über Immobilienbestand verfügen. Für Menschen, die sich tiefergehend mit Immobilien beschäftigen, ist der Podcast leider uninteressant, weil zu oberflächlich.

So ein Quatsch trägt zur Verunsicherung bei!!
Es gilt -wie immer- „es kommt drauf an“. Pauschale Aussagen sind selten für alle anwendbar.
Mich ärgert wenn selbsternannte „Experten“ öffentlich Halbwahrheiten erzählen!
