XYXY is a show about mental health in men. Through a series of interviews with chart topping musicians, actors, models, directors and influencers (to name a few) we'll discuss why men have such a problem when it comes to their mental health and try to get listeners to feel more open themselves.

I speak with over 45 years experience of both counselling and therapy. Both extremely challenging and growth promoting. Whilst not qualified in either field I am told I have far more experience of ‘person centred’ counselling than most qualified councillors.

While the stigma slowly continues to decrease around Mental Health, more conversations like these are essential.
As a man, who day-to-day feels like I have a grip on my mental health, hearing frank, engaging and insightful conversations like these are very helpful.
In particular ensuring that you keep a check on how things are going, both in terms of yourself and those closest to you.
