Really enjoyed listening to these- gives a refreshing perspective and opens ears and eyes to some finer males traits and what men actually want / need in terms of support.
While the stigma slowly continues to decrease around Mental Health, more conversations like these are essential.
As a man, who day-to-day feels like I have a grip on my mental health, hearing frank, engaging and insightful conversations like these are very helpful.
In particular ensuring that you keep a check on how things are going, both in terms of yourself and those closest to you.
