「開業」と「起業」は違うのに最近では曖昧に使われているように思います。私のお客様にも個人事業を開業している方と、会社や協会を起業している方がいます。なので、ホームページの中でもあえて起業という言葉を使っておりますが、「開業」と「起業」とではマーケティングもプロモーションも異なると考えて、ここに合わせたサポートをさせていただいております。個人事業を始めたいなら小さく開業することを目指して、とにかくリアルに行動することからスタートすることが大事だと思っております。
個人事業が初めての方が個人事業をスタートするときに、あまり大きすぎる目標を目指さないことも大事なことというお話をしました。個人事業のスタートの仕方を誰に習うのかがとても大事になります。少し先を行く先輩方を見習ったり、大先輩が最初の一歩をどのようにスタートしたかというところが参考にはなるかと思います。
個人事業は、ゼロから立ち上げるよりも、自分の仕事に近いことをやっている方で、うまくいっている方をリサーチして、まず見習うところから始めてみましょう。この時リサーチするのは、規模の大きな事業をやっている方や、かなり成功している方ではありません。自分の少し先を行っているうまくいっている方のことです。リサーチするには時間もかかりますが、回り道のように見えで結果的に近道になります。
個人事業の初期の頃に大切な事は毎日投稿したり、ブログを書いたり、SNSをしたり、友達5000人作ったり、フォロワーを増やしたいと言うことではありません。目の前のお客様やリアルな出会い、人と人との関係を大切に育てることと、全ての行動と結果に対する検証と改善を繰り返すことです。
個人事業を育てていく時、無料モニターや無料体験会などを開催していくこともあるかと思います。そうすると「無料だと質の悪いお客様しか来ない」「低価格では感謝してもらえない」など無料や低価格で提供することに様々な意見があるかと思います。ただこれは「個人事業の段階」や「商品サービスの内容」や「無料で提供することの目的」にも寄りますので一概には言えません。また提供する側の意識も大きく影響しています。これについて説明してみました。
小さく始める個人事業は、お金をかけずにスタートできます。資格を取ったり学んだことを活かして実績を作るところから始めましょう。ただ最近の傾向としては、商品やサービスを持たないうちから起業のノウハウを学びにいく方も増えているように感じます。その根底にあるのは『成功したい』『失敗したくない』です。それが悪いとは言いませんが『自分の商品・サービスで自分がなりたい姿や憧れる結果を手に入れたい未来像』それをワクワクしながら実践していくのがとでは、全てが変わってきます。『面白い』『楽しい』からの行動と、『失敗... more
個人事業の第一歩で大切なことは「集客」ではありません。まずは「○○という仕事をしている自分」を知ってもらうこと、興味を持ってくださった方々に良い情報や体験を提供すること、さらに良いと思ってくださった方々と繋がっておくことです。【興味・関心・認知】その先に信頼を築いていくことが大切です。個人事業初期の方々の多くは圧倒的にここの行動量が足りていません。
