昨日から今日にかけて起きたボリューム満点の気づきと統合のプロセスを、なんとか詰め込んで１つのエピソードとして語ってみました。前半部分は以前も似たような話をしている気がしますが、忘れて、揺り戻されて、また＆より深く思い出す。それが自然な覚醒のプロセスだと思うので、「またやってるな〜」とツッコミたくなる部分も含め、ありのままを表現しました。
