但你可能不知道，一部影劇作品的產生，背後牽扯到的著作權課題可是非常的複雜。像是從劇本、配樂、主題曲、佈景裝置、宣傳照到影劇本身就橫跨了很多的著作種類，而且這些也不可能由一個人或一間公司包辦，因此在不同的著作之間要如何協調或約定權利的歸屬、讓與或授權等等，都是不能忽視的課題，在消極面可以減少後續衍生的爭議，積極面還可以為影視產業創造更多的IP價值！
