陈志说，如果不是在西北大学就读的经历，他断然不会走上舞台表演的行当。确实，从家乡东北来到西北学习对外汉语专业的他，却在西北大学的小黑戏剧工作室和戏剧结缘。
大学毕业后，陈志经历了陈佩斯的表演培训班和几年的话剧演员生涯，逐渐走向一名专业的演员，并考取了中央戏剧学院表演系研究生。
虽然没有系统地学习过声乐，但唱歌的天赋让他抓住了《Q大道》的机会，从此开始逐渐成为一名音乐剧演员。一路走来他对表演理论和实践的思考，更让陈志在演员之外逐渐成为一名导演。

音乐剧演员丁辰西是北京人，毕业于浙江大学新闻系。在大家的印象中，她是一个典型的「跨专业」音乐剧演员，但回溯了她走上戏剧的道路——合唱团、话剧社、和「老Jo」的缘分…其实会发现她成为演员非常「水到渠成」。
虽然专业方面并不是困扰，但成为音乐剧演员的路上，丁辰西也切实面临着角色贴合度的问题:「一开始想要面试的角色都选不上」「真的演了太多的中老年角色」…
而近些年女性主义或者全女班音乐剧的发展让丁辰西走向主角，在《Lizzie》《蝶变》《她对此感到厌烦》《奇美拉》《女巫》…中，她是「大女主」，不过... more
戏剧演员邱椿博毕业于北京舞蹈学院音乐剧专业，大三时得到了在迪士尼音乐剧《狮子王》中出演「刀疤」的机会，从此正式步入舞台生涯。在演了几年音乐剧后，他却转身拥抱了另一个选项——沉浸式戏剧。他在《不眠之夜》演了4年，近1000场之后，又投身了另一部沉浸式剧目《双城之战》。

邵奕磊出演了很多环境式音乐剧《阿波罗尼亚》《桑塔露琪亚》《去你的夏天》《致命旋律》…现在去亚洲大厦演出仍然是他的日常。也出演了很多镜框式音乐剧如《双重危机》《六个说谎的大学生》《宇宙大明星》《女神在看》《献给阿尔吉依的花束》《#0528》等。
