音乐剧演员刘乙萱出生于黑龙江省牡丹江市，从小喜欢唱歌跳舞的她，2007年考入上海音乐学院音乐剧专业。后来在演《我，堂吉诃德》英文版时，被导演老Joe鼓励去英国皇家中央演讲与戏剧学院继续深造。
对音乐剧唱演结合的深刻理解和多变的嗓音，帮助刘乙萱塑造不同的甚至反差极大的舞台形象。《沉默的真相》《猎罪图鉴》《Lizzie》《德米安》《东莞东》《咏春》《奇美拉》…已经演了1000多场音乐剧的刘乙萱，未来想挑战侠女、淑女、古装、反派…只要能演，她都愿意尝试。

音乐剧演员郑君炽（阿佐），英国吉尔福德演艺学院音乐剧演艺硕士。大家比较熟悉他参演的音乐剧有《大状王》《雄狮少年》《摇滚芭比》等。
在正式到英国进修音乐剧之前，阿佐一直在澳门从事着一份和演艺毫不相干的工作。在工作之余参与了各种戏剧演出和创作工坊由此入行。用他自己的话来说，作为演员，他是一个非学院派的「红裤仔」。
因为想要抓住大学最后一个暑假去尝试新事物，阿佐偶然进入了演艺行业，人生道路从此发生改变。如今频频获奖、大受认可之后，迎接新挑战仍然是他继续前行的动力。

张沁丹是湖北宜昌人，毕业于上海戏剧学院音乐剧专业。她有一个昵称「禽蛋」，录制本期播客时她刚刚结束在杭州的全女班音乐剧GALA——《破壳》。这个概念来自「鸟要奋争，才能出壳」这句她喜欢的台词，也是她理想自我的写照。
在她成长的大家庭中，因为从小接受音乐和艺术的熏陶，她爱上了唱歌和摇滚。但快乐的成长过程中也有烦恼，她始终想不通，为什么从小学到高中再到大学，总会被孤立在小团体之外…个子太高？与众不同？不顾他人眼光？
