台灣咖啡廳覆蓋率極高，但說真的要找到一家讓人感到很舒服的咖啡廳，似乎也沒有想像中簡單。
咖啡好不好喝、店員親不親切、椅子好不好坐、店裡是否有養小動物，以及當天和你一起在店裡的其他客人的素質，都會影響我們對一家店的觀感。
如果你今天去了一家咖啡廳，但離開時沒有特別喜歡它，那隨著時間推移，你可能就會漸漸忘記它的名字，甚至忘記自己有去過這家店，在你的回憶裡，它就會成為一家沒有名字的咖啡店。

相信大家都有聽過一句話叫做「最高品質靜悄悄」。
這句話除了適合用來形容「外在的環境」之外，他其實也很適合用來形容我們「內心的狀態」
當我們的環境或是內心有很多雜音的時候，就很容易降低生活品質，也會讓我們的專注力下降。
上個禮拜的節目當中，跟大家分享了一點點關於靈性能量的話題，以及幾個在日常生活中還蠻實用，很適合用來幫助自己減少「外部」雜訊的方法。

目前我是一個銀行專案內的BA，曾轉職資料工程師，但因跳槽發現要學習的內容實在太多，加上新老闆經常用情緒化管理方式與團隊相處，因此跳槽不到一年時間，再次回到BA的位置。
