在過去幾集的工作文化筆記中，我們聊過有毒領導、職場安全感，也談過新創、日本與韓國的職場文化 。今天，我想來談一個關於個人成長與人際關係的題目，而這些方法尤其適用於我們在職場上面對的管理與文化議題 。

過去我曾在韓商待過兩年多，也在日本公司工作過半年 。雖然時間不算非常長，但有一些個人的觀察和心得，希望可以分享給大家。
在這集節目中，我會從幾個面向來談談我的感受：
• 語言能力：進入日韓企業，英文能力和當地語言（日文／韓文）的重要性分別是什麼？我的經驗是，兩者的要求有很大的不同 。

很多人在思考職涯時，都會遇到一個問題：該不該加入新創？
新創的最大特色，就是高度的 自主性 與 Ownership。在這樣的環境裡，你不會只專注在本職工作，而是必須跨部門協助、解決問題，甚至要主動設計流程、提出想法。如果你只是想「把分內事做好」卻不願意多付出，那麼在新創會很快感到挫折。
對於 新鮮人，我會建議注意兩件事：第一，確認自己是否對公司的產品或服務題目有熱情；第二，一定要了解 Founder 的特質，因為在二三十人的團隊裡，創辦人的言行與價值觀會大幅影響公司的文化與氛圍。 more
