今天的故事是特德·姜的《呼吸》,是一位很喜欢这位作者的听友推荐给我的。小说的名字我一直以为“呼吸”的英文名是 breathe,但是去查了一下发现是 exhalation,意思是呼气、吐气。也就是说,中文翻译成“呼吸”其实是与原题目有所出入的。那么,为什么作者要强调呼气,而没有吸气呢?原来这个题目本身就是一处伏笔。
