新竹城隍廟已經有270多年的歷史，香火非常旺盛，來來往往的香客很多，自然就會有吃的需求，所以餐飲店家很多，不管是緊鄰廟宇的小吃區，還是就在旁邊的中央市場，有非常多選擇。這集就來介紹幾間，圍繞在城隍廟附近，人氣頗高的老字號美食。

以往我們對客家菜的印象就是重油重鹹，那是因為早期客家人不斷遷徙，每到新的地方，從頭開墾，勞動力很大，就會把菜做得比較重口味，才有胃口、順便補充鹽分。現在大家重視健康，往都市開的客家餐廳，也開始調整口味，不過味道該香該濃的，依舊會堅持，一不小心還是會忍不住多吃幾碗飯。今天就來介紹幾間，我滿喜歡的客家菜餐廳。

說到鹿港最多賣吃的地方，就是鹿港第一市場，這裡被稱作是當地人的胃，因為它在鹿港的中心位置，四通八達，很多小巷子都可以通到這裡，易達性非常高，因此有很多小吃店在這裡產生。早上、中午、晚上來都有東西可以吃，尤其是早餐，有特別多選擇，而且都是老字號小吃，今天我們就來聊聊這些「港」式早餐。

身為一個超級吃貨，偶然間搜尋到這個頻道，聽了一集立馬追蹤！
主持人說話條理分明，形容美食非常生動，彷彿可以吃到那些料理一般；而且聽得出來非常懂吃，不是只是單純覺得好吃，而是說得出原因。
讓我想要訂閱的重點，是我覺得非常難得，主持人會去了解一些料理出現的原因、製程等等，所以聽的同時除了肚子餓（🤣）也能同時學習新知！推薦的也不一定是大部分知名的店家，而是都是有用心在製作料理的餐廳。已經收了好多新的口袋名單！非常感謝用心製作節目！期待聽到更多美食分享～
