洪紹洋表示，戰後初期的台灣曾經歷四萬塊舊台幣換一塊新台幣的惡性通膨。其背景在於日本戰敗後解除經濟統制，同時，修復受美軍轟炸的工廠與發放公務員薪資都需要大量貨幣，但當時舊台幣的發行準備卻是不安定的日本債券。此外，國民政府將大量台灣米、糖運往上海賣... more
