蔡明芳表示，最近剛好是國際媒體所稱的「國際央行週」，許多國家的央行都在開會討論貨幣政策。他以澳洲率先升息一碼為例，說明各國央行正在努力抑制通膨。他分析，央行的貨幣政策不外乎就是維持對外的匯率穩定與對內的物價穩定，在匯率部分，雖然貨幣貶值看似有利於觀光及出口，但若波動過於劇烈，會損害投資信心。
至於對內幣值穩定方面，蔡明芳認為，當市場上的貨幣供給過多，民眾會感覺錢變薄了，進而尋求購買房地產等資產來保值。為了抑制這種蔓延效應，央行必須透過升息來增加持有貨幣的成本。

蔡明芳表示，近期美伊戰爭引發全球對原物料與能源價格飆漲，這股壓力確實會對全球經濟帶來立即性的不確定性，台灣政府也為此啟動了油價緩漲與減稅機制來穩定民生。然而，部分人士藉此提出台灣應重啟核能，蔡明芳分析，台灣所有的能源都仰賴進口，因此，建立能源韌性的正確做法，應是分散進口來源、強化國內天然氣接收站等基礎建設，並發展不受國際地緣政治干擾的在地綠能。

蔡明芳指出，金門馬拉松已成為結合運動與觀光的重要活動，每年吸引上萬人參與，許多跑者更是衝著完賽禮—特製的金門高粱酒而來。他認為，這種將體育賽事結合在地酒文化的模式，能有效帶動金門周邊經濟，形成良性循環。此外，他也提到金門畜牧場的牛肉與鮮奶也是在地特色，與金酒產業鏈息息相關。
