蔡明芳表示，中國公布第三季國內生產毛額（GDP）成長率為4.8%，數據看似穩定，但這並不能完全反映出中國經濟的真實困境，更值得關注的指標是已經連續36個月負成長的生產者物價指數（PPI）。蔡明芳說明，這代表中國長期面臨嚴重的生產過剩與低價競爭問題，廠商為了銷售產品不斷降價，導致利潤持續萎縮，像是電動車、太陽能、鋰電池以及塑化產業都是產能過剩的重災區。 除此之外，蔡明芳指出，中國的房地產市場依然疲軟，房價雖跌幅趨緩但仍未復甦。同時，高達20%的青年失業率，也顯示過去賴以拉動經濟的房地產與基礎建設模... more
