「神的起頭」這一集，牧師一開始講得非常斬釘截鐵，甚至以過往的成功經驗支持此論述。
但畢竟「以神的心意為起頭」是原則，但真實生活中確實會有挑戰甚或需要妥協。
試問，難道牧師因為操練此原則，所以每個決定都是正確？每個決結果都是順利美好的嗎？
還好在主持人的引導下，最後連牧師都承認他到六十之後才能逐漸實踐這樣的做法。（我要為這麼政治不正確的發問，給主持人五星好評）。
牧者不應該講道時斬釘截鐵要求會眾，但當自己做不到的時候，就要求會眾「目光定睛在神身上，因為牧師也是人，也是會有軟弱」。
只有當牧者承認自己也和會眾一樣有軟弱，因此需要神時，才能彰顯「真實的信仰——不是打高空唱高調，而是真實面對人生」，如此才能真正吸引人走進教會，也讓信仰走進生活中。
