新加坡作家潘佩冰1988年出生于吉打州，白天从事电子支付领域的工作。下班后，她利用业余时间从事小说创作。
佩冰曾以笔名亚历克斯、克斯等笔名发表短篇小说，并入围了马来西亚2022年第16届花踪文学奖武侠短篇奖。2024年，潘佩冰通过城市书房推出武侠短篇小说集《路过江湖》。这本小说也入选 2024/2025早报年度书选。

游以飘，本名游俊豪，1970年出生于马来西亚金宝。2002年获得新加坡国立大学东亚研究所博士学位，现执教于新加坡南洋理工大学。现任华裔馆馆长及中华语言文化中心主任，曾担任中文系主任。他的作品发表于新加坡、马来西亚和中国的报章与杂志。
