蔵前のカフェ「Lonich」で、8500円のコーヒーコースを体験してきました！ 最初は正直「高っ！」と思ったんですが、飲み終わったあとに「これは確かに8500円だ」と納得してしまって。。。 なぜか？ 空間・説明・味わい方まで全部ひっくるめた「体験」として設計されていたからなんです。 客数を増やすんじゃなくて、体験の密度で成立するビジネスの形——それを目の当たりにして、自分のサロンについても改めて考えさせられました。
今回は、抗酸化101の2回目 ということで、 抗酸化システム・活性酸素・酸化・慢性炎症まで、マルっと更年期にからめてお話しています。 活性酸素は「火種」 抗酸化システムは「火消し」 酸化は「燃えた結果」 活性酸素は悪者ではなく、呼吸や免疫に必要な存在です。問題は、『火消しが追いつかなくなること』なんです。 更年期は活性酸素が急に増える時期ではなく、ホルモン低下や睡眠の質の変化で抗酸化システムが弱まりやすい時期。その結果、酸化や慢性炎症が表に出やすくなります。 対策は「足す」より「守る」こと。 回... more
