缘起是昨天5月22号晚上，去听了日本僧侣音乐人药师寺宽邦法师在东京举办的《般若心经音乐十周年》弹唱会。
演出结束后，那种感动和能量一直在心里翻涌，最后晚上10点多，和朋友向向一起跑到我家附近的神社里找了个凳子，开始录这一期播客。
这天降温天气很冷，但听完音乐出来之后，整个人都是暖的。身体是暖的，心也是暖的。
那种被音乐、被能量、被祝福包围的感觉太强烈了，强烈到我们都觉得：这一期一定要在有灵感的时刻，录下来。
