一般人認為現實是無常，雖沒錯，卻不是事實；此外，大家所認識的無常，完全無關於緣生。凡夫我見認知的無常是「現法改變」，這完全無關於事實，緣生不是這樣看。緣生是什麼？「現法改變」這件事從沒有發生過，因為現法是緣生法，但緣生法不是一一的現法，所以沒有「現法改變」的無常，只有緣的遷演而已。「現法改變」既不是緣生法，也不是「緣遷演不息」的事實，完全不一樣。

修行人當「以佛法為道，以眾生為念」，世界很大，不要有地域觀念，哪裏有黑暗，就在哪裏點亮光明！修行人沒有自己，只問正道及世間的需要。如此的念茲在茲，走一段長路，人生自然能改變，我們便是佛法，起心動念便是佛法。「一缽千家飯，孤僧萬里遊」，生命從此不同，未知、未見的眾生，將走入我們的生命，我們也將走入眾生的生命。
