落了四期没有更新了耶，信念研究所，对得起这个名字呢。刚开始听这个节目是2022年自己进入了一段继续不下去的关系当中，为了找理由继续下去，就转变自己的态度，学习轻松的态度处理两性关系，学习身体互动。
后来那段关系实在不值得我继续下去，可是我还是有追踪节目的。
最近很多期都超有力量，给情感垮掉的我给了很强的心传心的支撑呢。
