Tessa’s podcast is my go-to when I’m feeling confused or stuck. She always speaks truth in a way that I can actually receive it. I’m so grateful. Thank you!
I have been working with Tessa and love listening to these episodes for extra boosts to help me heal my nervous system and remind me of the science behind it all. Her voice is so soothing and she is a wealth of knowledge!!!
Tessa is a breath of fresh air in the world of neuroplasticity. She encourages listeners to make their practice their own and each episode is filled with tactical tools and tips. Her calm and encouraging demeanour make her a joy to listen to. Thanks Tessa for creating this gem of a podcast! I highly encourage anyone who is currently brain-retraining to listen from the beginning.
I have listened to every episode more than once as I have found them extremely supportive during my journey. This podcast is much better than a $300 course that I purchased on nervous system regulation. Tessa's podcast is like having a course at your beck and call whenever you want. The only downside I can think of is that I have to wait about a month between episodes. And would love to see more examples of things she and/or clients do to regulate their nervous systems. Thank you Tessa!
This is such a good podcast for brain retrainers! Tessa’s approach has totally changed the way I do my training. I used to put so much pressure on myself to heal. I still have to remind myself that I don’t need to do that and that healing can actually be easy. This podcast helps me to stay on track and remember that I ONLY NEED ME. Thank you, Tessa. ♥️
