Binge listening to this. Very inspiring for anyone— runner or not.
I have been a fan of Jeff Galloway since I started running in 1985. This podcast is a treasure. What a treat to hear these stories as if we are out on a long run together. I am forever thankful for the run-walk-run method that Jeff developed and I train with his customized coaching program. Thanks for sharing your memories and experience with us! Keep ‘em coming!

If you want to he... more
Jeff and his son getting to do this is an absolutely wonderful thing. What a bonding experience it must be! Jeff has helped me so much since I discovered running so late in life. Hearing his story is motivating and inspiring. I’m so glad this is available. Keep the episodes coming!

Nothing has managed to motivate me for the last two years until now. I joined your 60 day challenge and had a... more
